Merrill Lynch International is the administrator of benchmark indices for Bank of America, pursuant to a control framework which was designed to comply with:

• The UK Benchmarks (Amendment and Transitional Provision) (EU Exit) Regulation (“BMR”) and took effect on 1 January 2021, onshoring the current EU Benchmarks Regulation (EU 2016/1011); and
• The IOSCO Principles for Financial Benchmarks
